I haven't been sleeping well these days, due to my crazy schedule, extra stress, and being on the road way too much. When I finally make it home at night, I feel the need to catch up on extra stuff; email, dishes, laundry, partnership, you know life. So my sleep has taken a back seat to everything else. But lack of sleep can really attack your daily decision making, addiction to medications, more stress, not being able to concentrate, and most of all baggy eyes. So if you too are having some sleep issues here are some helpful tips.

- Tuck in Early – Get at least 8 hours of sleep
- Create a Wind-Down Period
- Strike a Pose – Restorative Poses
- Massage Away Tension
- Keep a Journal
- Get Warm
