I am so excited that the new cover of Yoga Journal has someone who looks just like me. It has been really hard for me to break into a world that doesn't have much color. It makes me feel okay that I picked what I loved to do. No, Yoga will never make me rich, and I'll more than likely always need a Plan B, but just seeing someone else that reflects me... keeps the hope alive.
